This was a great opportunity to join and learn from Dr Thomas's experiences. He was recommended by other pain physicians for my advanced pain training particularly for Paediatric pain training. He creates an inclusive culture that leads to outstanding staff engagement and patient care. He is an excellent pain physician with a high level of emotional intelligence and compassion for all the patients that he treats. I have worked with Dr Thomas in th Outpatient Pain management department at Chelsea and Westminster and look forward to working with him again in the near future.

Having suffered horrendously with chronic back pain and sciatica for several years and feeling like I was going round in circles with a lack of support I decided enough was enough and paid privately to see Dr.Thomas. I had read fantastic, positive reviews about Dr.Thomas on line and upon meeting Dr Thomas for the first time I could see why! I felt listened to, supported and for the first time in a long time left the appointment with some hope and options to try and help the pain I experienced daily. Since this time I have had several procedures carried out by Dr Thomas at the wonderful Chelsea and Westminster Hospital under the NHS and he has been so thorough and professional in explaining what will happen and the aftercare and I have felt fully confident in him from beginning to end. I am so very grateful and fortunate to be under Dr Thomas’s care and it’s so reassuring to know that I’m in very safe and experienced hands. Thank you so very much to the superb staff at the Chelsea and Westminster Pain Management team and Dr Thomas - Highly recommended and absolutely first class service!

I continue to be under the care of Dr Thomas for pain occasioned by Multilevel Spinal Degeneration. From time to time, at intervals of many months, he administers injections which alleviate the pain immeasurably. His care is, and continues to be exemplary. Despite his own illness during the Covid nightmare, he has continued to call to check on my condition and the current level of pain. I could not wish for a more rewarding professional relationship.

Dr. Thomas has taken exceptional care of me in his pain management clinic at Chelsea & Westminster hospital. I have always found his consultations to be thoughtful and considerate to my situation. His medical procedures have been carried out efficiently, effectively, and safely. He has gone above and beyond in his care, for which I am exceptionally grateful.

I have seen Doctor Thomas several times over the last few years and he has always been extremely polite, efficient and very thorough in his treatment of me. I suffer from intercostal nerve damage following major surgery 6 years ago. The surgery has severely damaged the nerve endings between my ribs and the pain is completely debilitating and causes many, many other unpleasant side effects. I last saw Doctor Thomas on Thursday 10th November 2020 in the morning, as he was giving me some deep tissue TENS treatment to try and help with the pain. The surgery itself was very relaxing and Doctor Thomas was totally professional throughout the procedure. He was cheerful and happy & put me totally at my ease. He came to chat with me in the recovery area before I left. I will see if I get any long lasting relief from the treatment but if not Doctor Thomas has told me of further treatments that may be possible. I left the hospital feeling relaxed and happy that I had been treated by the best. Thank you.
